Interested in building new services in a solid technology distribution Company that leverages our global capabilities. We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and creative thought leader with a strong background in product innovation and a history of strategic and tactical execution to build exciting new capabilities.

In this position, you will play a relevant role defining product requirements and go-to-market strategy to address the needs of our customers. This role will require coordination across many internal and external teams and will be visible at the highest levels of Tech Data. You'll work with our customers, technical partners, financial partners and operational stakeholders to prioritize roadmap features and new capabilities.

The successful candidate must have exceptional problem solving skills, strong business judgment, and demonstrated experience leading cross-functional and cross-company teams. We are looking for a proven ability to execute both strategically and tactically, and someone who is excited to take on new projects that will be industry-transforming. This position requires a solid product management and financial services background as well as strong customer focus.

Specific responsibilities include the following:

- Creating the business product strategy for Financial Services and Platform with special attention to the unique needs and requirements of Retail customers.
- Define standardized pricing plans and new monetization features and Services for the Financial Platform.
- Define partner programs and features that empower our partner eco-system to build up-the platform capabilities increasing overall Customers adoption of the Financial Services.
- Managing the local localization of the entire product platform, services and functionalities from strategic planning to tactical execution.
- Managing the local road map for our products and working with key stakeholders in the company to deliver the implementation plan of the platform and financial plan.
- Defining product requirements documents based on an intimate knowledge of the specific market segments, target customers, and product.
- Work with technical product managers to enable components of the service offer to be implemented and enabled.
- Driving business development activities supporting Sales Team in meetings with key customers.
- Delivery plans and review metrics to evaluate the trends and identify additional business opportunities for customers.
- Explains financing and leasing options as described above, matching financing or leasing programs to the customers needs.
- Presents/explains financial products (e.g. service agreements and insurance).
- Acts as a positive, relationship-building liaison between Financial Services and other departments.
- Actively supports the sales process.
- Trains and coaches Sales Associates in Financial Services issues and topics.
- Once sales arrangements are complete, follows through to make sure that documents are completed in a timely manner and that all financial arrangements are concluded successfully.
