A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Trade Marketing Manager to join our team

The PharmaTrade Marketing Manager plays a key role within the Country Sales team, being responsible for driving 3D?s/4P?ss excellence in store across all channels and brand with a clear focus on growing sell out for our brands.

The role will focus building expert knowledge in our key categories per each of the key pharma channels (Direct Sales, Wholesalers & call center), in order continuously improve our GTM model for key brands.

As a
Senior Trade Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Understand market trends and channels specifics; capturing and sharing market/customer learnings to be added into our brand strategies to keep building our expertise.

  • Co-leads together with marketing 4Ps and 3Ds recommendations per each brand and channel.

  • Defines an annual plan of activities per channel and brand, capturing key initiatives in order to drive growth.

  • Identify key drivers per brand/channel and establish clear KPIs per brand and also per sales teams members.

  • Follows up the implementation of the category strategy per channel and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for efficiency.

  • Ongoing internal reporting on execution results to identify gaps and action plans when needed.

  • Ensuring sales tools are delivered on time by lead Pharma Cycle initiatives definition and approval process

  • Lead POS development and consolidation across brands.

  • Leads customer marketing pharma team (2 people) ensuring they deliver their results while keep growing professionally. Building talent is key for RB.

Is this you?

  • Minimum 5 years? experience in pharma industry on sales/trade marketing position.

  • Are fluent/native in Spanish. The business language in RB is English; therefore, fluency in this language is essential. Fluency in other languages is advantageous.

  • Have a minimum bachelor?s degree level ideally in a business-related subject

  • Are results-oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating

  • Are tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles

  • Have leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing and customers and internal teams

  • Have a strong commercial understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues

  • Have strong analytical skills with the ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation

  • Have the ability to think outside the box
