EMEA - Executive Assistant Full Time

Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes BalearsAs Executive Assistant for the EMEA Regional, you will be responsible for supporting the EMEA VP in the daily management of the region by carrying out administrative and support actions according the established procedures and instructions received. You will also be responsible for the travel management for the region, supervising the processes, expenses and correct use of the tools. Train and coordinate the PA?s of the different countries (Germany, France, UK, Middle East, Italy ), and give support to the team based in Palma, with daily consults within your area of responsibility.

Main Responsibilities

Manage the VP?s agenda

Manage the control, authorization and supervision of trips / liquidations of the EMEA team / corporate offices.

Optimize the downward and upward communication flows. Troubleshoot issues.

Organize, control and manage material resources

Supervision / training / management of the PA's of the areas (Germany, France, UK, Middle East, Italy).

Organize daily meetings. Plan, organize, control EMEA meetings. Organization meetings budgets. Organize Events, etc.

Writing key communications

Respond to inquiries / requests from staff and give them the solution to all issues

Key contact / link for owners for various procedures (meetings, reservations, procedures, inquiries, ...).


Previous experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

Travel Management

Team management

International protocol will be highly valued

Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook

SAP knowledge will be highly valued

High level of English and Spanish

French and / or German will be considered an advantage
