Regional HR Manager Full Time

Join the EMEA Team as Regional Human Resources Manager!


Position based in Palma de Mallorca.



Your main mission will be to coordinate the strategy, policies and procedures implementation of the role, defined by the Human Resources Direction for all the openings in the area. Assure the implementation of the talent management and training strategy for the region, adapting it to each local reality to act accordingly to the company?s needs and the market demands. Supervise the complete process of corporate recruitment and internships for the EMEA regional based in Spain.



You will be responsible for:


  • Supervising and coordinating the correct implementation of the Recruitment Process, Master Force and Task Force on pre-opening phase.

  • HR Management for the Corporate Staff ? EMEA Spain

  • Supervising the implementation and efficient use of Social Media with the objective of boost Melia Hotels International Brand awareness.

  • Give support to all HR teams in the correct implementation of the Recruitment tools used by the Regional.

  • Coordinate the implementation of the Training strategy within the regional.

  • Supervise and coordinate with Global HR the implantation of the Middle Management Development Plan (global talent pools) at each country.

  • Ensure and boost the implementation of the attraction and retention strategy for ?new talent? in the regional.

  • Ensure the implementation of the Talent Identification strategy in the region.

  • Advise HR Country Managers on the company HR policies and procedures.


REQUIREMENTS


  • Minimum 2 years? experience in a Generalist Role (hotel or corporate)

  • High level of English. Other languages will be highly valued

  • Studies according to the position

  • Previous experience in Recruitment & Selection. Opening Experience will be highly valued.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time

  • Knowledge on Training & Development will be considered an advantage
