Leading online travel agency requires immediate incorporation of a Team Leader for the Bakcoffice Department.


The profile is subject to objectives with rotating shifts, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.


It is a post-sale agent management role; therefore, the required competencies are the following:

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Reliability, proactivity and strong personal motivation.
  • Willingness to work in a team.
  • Stress management, predisposition to work by objectives and ability to follow KPI´S and their analysis.
  • Problem Solving, multitasking and professionalism.
  • Adaptation to changes.


Qualifications


Teamwork ability and Positive Attitude.


Ability to work under pressure, problem solving, multitasking and stress management.


Leadership and Communication Skills.


Hours availability (Mon/ Sun) work capacity and commitment to the company.


Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus and Saber), LC and hotels systems.


Backoffice and CRM system knowledge.


Excel and Data Analysis.


Ability to work by objectives.


English advanced level


Additional Information


Desirable:


Office Knowledge.


Work Experience in the online travel sector will be valued.
