Team Manager w/ Native Level of English Full Time

Main Responsibilities

  • Keeping an eye on the team's performance and productivity;

  • Coaching and guiding your team;

  • Supporting with digital transformation;

  • Making sure that your team is following established guidelines and internal procedures;

  • Provide advice, support and technical help to your team;

  • Support your team with more complex questions and cases;

  • Keep an eye on the quality of service delivered by your Team;

  • Maintain your team engaged and motivated by carrying out team building activities and providing guidelines of career development;

  • Staying up to date with internal processes and news;

  • Bring your ideas of how to optimize the business.

Core Skills/experience

  • Native level of English;

  • Any additional language is a plus;

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Manager (preferably in a call center);

  • Experience within the healthcare industry preferred;

  • Postgraduate and/or Master's degree desired;

  • Experience with KPIs;

  • Outstanding listening and communication skills;

  • Strong IT skills;

  • Customer service orientation;

  • Flexibility to travel if needed;

  • Goal oriented;

  • Ability to multitask and be flexible to changes;

  • Drive for top performance with respect to quality;

  • Eagerness to grow and develop;

  • Engagement with the client's values and mission.
