A vacancy for a Project Management Officer and Commercial Management Support has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Tablada (Seville). The successful applicant will join TAX team.

The job holder shall contribute to the implementation and execution of Aerostructure? standard program & project management processes, and as well shall support the Commercial Manager of the Program Line, in order to identify new business opportunities and mature them, to gain access to the eventual RFP, helping him to manage relevant internal resources from the different departments involved to ensure the Commercial Proposal fulfills all Customer expectations.

Main Activities:

Support to HO Aerostructure PMO in the program unit management for:

R&O Management

Performance management

Cost controlling

S&OP

PMA Processes and actions

Target Letter process

Categorization process

PM standards, methods and tools implementation/execution

Work in coordination with Cross-Programme for initiatives as Aerostructures representative in

PMT

Cross-Programmes meetings

Other Cross-Programmes intiatives

Support to Commercial Manager:

to investigate, in collaboration with Airbus DS Strategy department, new business opportunities for Aerostructures expansion, being the link with the corresponding HO Innovation and technological development projects.

to foster marketing activities to expand ADS Aerostructures footprint.

execute the commercial plan for establishing & developing the long-term relationships with the customer base.

Provide the Customer with a convincing, comprehensive high level view of the products portfolio (products / solutions), always having in mind the company?s rules and regulations.

To timely detect trends in Competitor?s technologies, and provide inputs for improving the Company capabilities to remain competitive.

Skills Required

• 
  Educated to Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline
• 
  Advanced level in English and Spanish
  
• German and/or French would be an asset
• 
  Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• 
  Able to propose new ideas
• 
  Able to work in a multi-cultural environment
• 
  Experience in Project Management and/or in Commercial roles would be an asset
• 
  Operational experience such as, Procurement, Supply chain, Industrial, Lean and Performance and Improvement experience and Finance would be an asset.
