Job Purpose and Impact

The Maintenance and Reliability Engineer will coordinate the deployment of leading maintenance practices in alignment with production needs and assure asset reliability through the detection and elimination of defects. In this role, you will supervise activities to maintain capacity utilization and quality standards for reliable operations in the plant. Key Accountabilities

Coordinate the execution of specific equipment strategy for each asset involved with containing, controlling or safeguarding a high hazard process. Implement methodologies to improve operational effectiveness in compliance with regulatory codes and standards. Assist to lead the integration of contractor partners and equipment providing support to the plant force. Partner with regional and global leadership to support area leading practices. Lead the identification and elimination of bad actors, optimization of equipment availability and implement reliability practices and programs Provide guidance to maintenance repairs and production, in reliability related processes and the identification of critical spare Lead aspects of maintenance, repair and project planning and stay up-to-date with industry best practices. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Engineering Degree

Minimum one year of directly related work experience

Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical engineering

One year of supervisory experience

Knowledge of related tools, processes controls and area technology systems
