By joining OneDirect, you will become the Group HRBP – M/F and will embody as an ambassador to C-Level, the essence and DNA of the group on our human values.

The position, based at the group’s offices in Barcelona, is on a permanent basis and is to be filled for a start as soon as possible.


Reporting to the General Management, the Group HRBP – M/F defines, in agreement with the latter, the whole HR policy of the OneDirect Group but also all the development plans which will refer to the Build-Up strategies: Merges & Acquisitions (M&As), integrations of new companies and teams to ensure our strong growth. You will define in this very operational and field-oriented spectrum, all the strategies to adopt and projects to pilot on a daily basis, accompanied by the team that will be assigned to you.


In addition to your HR strategist’s hat, where new best practices hold no secrets for you, you will regularly monitor trends:

  • Accompany the management on a regular basis during partner meetings.
  • You will have at heart to animate with impetus and dedication the various development programs of integrations and accompaniments of the teams.
  • Will be animate as soon as an M&A is contracted to absorb in your framework of competences the new M/F collaborators to make the Group grow.
  • To develop and promote : Social dialogue, inclusion, commitment of all will be examples of KPIs, but not only, it is up to you to tell us the many others that we know to raise on this position!
  • You will be the guarantor of social dialogue at the group level: You will be in contact with the various national and foreign teams spread between Barcelona, Montpellier, the UK and Germany.
  • You will act as a unifying facilitator to unite the existing teams of the different sites and integrate the new ones very quickly with leadership, communication and team-leader qualities.
  • You will lead, in agreement and collaboration with the general management and other B.U. directors, important subjects of company structuring, digitalization, digital transformation and reorganization. The implementation of an HRIS that will exchange with an outsourced payroll system / manager, accompanied by the CIO is a concrete example.
  • Provide support to internal customers on HR policy issues,
  • Develop and/or implement new HR procedures,
  • You will embrace the implementation of training plans, career plans in line with the strategic needs of the group and detected high potential talents, executive profiles, and so on.
  • You will be responsible for external representation to the specialized press or other media, and for participating in external events related to the life of the company or the HR function.

He/She must also have specific professional skills:

  • Master the labor law and social law.
  • Have a good economic and commercial culture and a 360° vision of an SME / Large Group.
  • Master all services, functions, IT tools and HR/HRIS software
  • Be able to manage teams.
  • Fluency in English is required, fluent Spanish as well, other languages are a plus for the group.
  • Significant experience in a similar senior position with good M&A management in the context of external growth.
