Commercial Leader – Europe & Russia Full Time

Our client is a manufacturer of market-leading medical aesthetic device technologies. The company is growing and need a Commercial Leader ? Europe & Russia to be based in Spain and to be responsible for Europe and Russian, Kazahstan and Turkmenistan region.

The ideal candidate for this role should be able to balance a practical mindset with creative business acumen and lead people through complex marketing operations. The role?s goal is to ensure the company?s marketing efforts are successful in helping it outperform the competition. Experience in distributors management, Direct-to-Consumer, B2B and B2B2C is a must for the position.

The position reports to the Head of International Commercial Operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead a hybrid B2B/B2C business model implementation and execution for the region, in coordination with Regional and Global teams

  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

  • ?Listen? to the trends of the market and direct the market research efforts of the company

  • Responsible for the overall reputation and introduction of the company?s products across the assigned region as well as for the performance and development of the Account Executives.

  • Assists Account Executives in the preparation of proposals and presentations.

  • Manage opinion leaders in the region as well as the coordination of continuing education and the training of sales representatives

  • Creates, assist and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses

Key qualifications and experience

  • Proven sales experience within in a similar role, working across both B2B and Direct-to-Consumer/B2C/B2B2C sales channels and teams

  • Excellent networking skills and managing distribution channels

  • Ability to deliver the highest standards of customer service

  • Background in Medical Aesthetics, ideally within the breast implant segment

  • Fluency in English, any additional language would be considered a plus

  • Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership, and both written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-driven team player with excellent leading skills and outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation abilities

  • Readiness to travel
