DESCRIPTION



As MediaMonks is ramping up to reach Mars by the end of the year, we're hiring Video Editors, Animators and Report makers.



MediaMonks HQ, located in wonderful Hilversum, is currently hiring hybrid Video Editors, Animators and Report makers for our global content production studio. We need folks who can take something rough and make it uber polished, at a pace and at a scale that exceeds our Client's highest expectations. Our newest Editor/Animator Monk will also be able to fluently speak English and Hebrew.



This full-time gig is currently remote, but will eventually be based at our brand new state-of-the art office in Hilversum ? seriously, we made it for Instagram, and work.



Role & Responsibilities



  • As part of a dedicated client team, you'll edit and animate pre-roll videos in one of the featured languages for a top-name (and top-secret) brand. You will also review existing creative materials and create reports outlining creative recommendations and improvements based on established best practices.

  • You'll cut down original content to create the most compelling bumpers you could possibly come across on YouTube, bringing the essence across in 6 to 12 seconds.

  • The animation part of the job constitutes a mix of original motion graphics work and creating equally awesome animations based on existing assets.

  • With creative you'll be reviewing, you'll be expected to score creative based on established best practices and clear parameters such as brand logo visibility, product visibility, ad duration, brand cues, product USP shown, etc.

  • You'll create client-ready Google Slides reports based on your findings, and suggest content/video experiences tailored to the brand's audience, ensuring that the message of the advertisement is consistent with the brand philosophy.

  • Make sure that deliverables adhere to guidelines, are consistent across formats, and look pixel perfect in any dimension and in any format.

  • Study brand guidelines and story boards to be able to make creative designs within brand mandates.

  • Ability to run design explorations, creating multiple options to react to and consider by the client.
