The position of BDR is essential in the organization of our sales team! Considered as the driving force of the Sales team, the BDR’s mission is to make appointments with qualified prospects.
This position is a real springboard for the Sales professions and will allow you to discover all the secrets of sales with experienced Sales people and to participate in the structuring of a sales team.

br/>What does it mean to be a BDR at OVRSEA?

Being a Business Development Representative means above all being an ambassador for OVRSEA! Building the foundation of any new business relationship and developing in record time the sales skills that are vital to excel in sales.
The BDR’s role is to identify and qualify new sales opportunities through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn approaches and other social networks in order to set up appointments for the Account Executive team to conduct product demos.

To do this, the BDR must be organized, rigorous, disciplined and will be responsible for updating their CRM (Salesforce). Being in the front line to approach potential customers, the BDR also attends the Account Executive’s meetings with the customer, which allows him or her to quickly become a member of the Sales team.

br/>Identify relevant prospects (20%)

br/>Develop the best prospecting techniques (email, phone…) to find relevant leads

  • Define and implement strategies to qualify leads efficiently
  • Identify key contacts and know everything about them before you talk to them


Contacting prospects to get appointments (65%)*

br/>Be resourceful and persistent in contacting identified targets

  • Be relevant in your approach to customers in order to get Sales Executives to meet with them


Improve our sales methods (15%)*

br/>Measure conversion rates to identify areas for improvement and maximize your success

  • Document your approaches in our tools and our CRM so that the whole team can benefit from what you learn from your customers
  • Be a driving force behind innovative approaches to prospecting.

Profile

  • You have just graduated from a business school or equivalent
  • You are native speaker in Spanish
  • You have very good interpersonal skills and the soul of a salesperson
  • You like to take up the challenges given to you
  • You are highly motivated
  • You are willing to learn and to grow very quickly in a Sales environment

The internationalization of the company with the opening of offices abroad: new markets to approach with real opportunities for mobility,

OVRSEA is in hyper growth and will double its staff! This means that the BDR team will grow, we will recruit 10 BDRs over the year 2022,

  • Participate in the implementation of a BDR Academy to improve our internal sales processes.
