MISSION:

Responsible for the implementation of centralised kitchen procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards, adapting work operations to the hotel team, maintaining product quality levels, service and complying with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and company sustainability requirements.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in central kitchen or catering (minimum 2 years), with high volume of diners, ensuring excellent service and customer experience. Experience in hotels and a la carte restaurants is a plus.


• Training in Cookery, Catering, Catering or similar.


• Ability to manage teams, communication skills, high service orientation, creativity and analytical thinking.


• Mastery of HACCP.


• Office package (Word, Excel...).


• Medium/high level of English.
