  Act as an interlocutor with the technical departments, project managers and support teams by also maintaining the CRM and account plans

External ambassador

• 
  Represent FCM to customers and partners
• 
  Defend the client's interests with FCM and our suppliers

Project Management

• 
  Determine the size of the potential earnings
• 
  Define the schedule, priorities and workloads
• 
  Manage stakeholders
• 
  Follow the tests
• 
  Ensure deployment and communication

Our Ideal Candidate ?

• 
  First successful experience in a similar position in the business travel industry
• 
  Excellent Spanish, English and French
• 
  Mastery of the Pack Office, Excel in particular
• 
  Organized, initiative and service oriented
• 
  Adaptability and ability to work in a team
• 
  Enthusiasm and a serious sense of humor required!
