POSITION SUMMARY
Our technical center is working into developing Power electronic system for the electric and hybrid car. In the last two years we have been seeing an increase in the demand of this kind of products and the number of projects we have are rising.
We are looking for an experienced System Engineer with a Embedded SW / Power Electronics / HW development background.
The systems development lead is the primary responsible for defining, planning, scheduling and coordinating all systems engineering activities for the assigned projects.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  Technical discussions with the customer
• 
  Plan the System development work (loops effort & schedule)
• 
  Analyze the source of system requirements
• 
  Structure, analyses and specify System Requirements
• 
  Alignment & mediation among teams
• 
  System risk analysis: reqs, architecture and schedule
• 
  System feasibility analysis: reqs, architecture and schedule
• 
  Development Issue analysis and problem solving
• 
  DFMEA owner
• 
  Ensure traceability from customer reqs to reqs and architecture

• In addition, the functions related to the Quality and EHS system included in Annex DG.18.1.1

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications)

• 
  Master/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 
  5 year experience in job related.
• 
  Experience in at least two of the following fields:
  • 
    Embedded SW electronics experience (ARM c uC programming, ISR, EEPROM, DMA ?)
  • 
    Power electronics (control designs, acquisition definition, filtering, simulation?)
  • 
    Electronic HW development (Altium, Mentor, Analog acquisition, signal conditioning)
• 
  Experience with Automotive SPICE
• 
  Experience with ISO 26262
• 
  Experience in DFMEAS
• 
  LIN/CAN communication
