Parts Sales Representative Full Time

Overview:

JBT AeroTech is a leading supplier of customized solutions and services used for high-value applications in the air transportation industry.
We are looking for the next Parts Sales Representative to join our team in Alcala de Henares. We offer a temporary position with high possibilities of being permanent. The position provides parts sales and product support on ground support equipment manufactured by JBT AeroTech, develops and leads customer specific programs for parts support.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver customer service to our GSE customers with the main focus on meeting customer?s expectations always using a high level of professionalism.

  • Provide Call center support by handling incoming calls, emails and faxes by selling replacement parts, kits, and promoting effective communications with the ability to close orders in a timely manner.

  • Provide additional support of the aftermarket parts call center is to create Credit Memos and handle invoicing issues upon requirement by customer.

  • Report metrics for Key Accounts and /or other assignments assigned by Parts Manager.

  • Assist customers identifying parts needs through Rotational Parts Research Team involvement

  • Work with other JBT groups to develop marketable field kits to benefit operating equipment in the field.

  • Communicate parts shipment delays and changes to parts prices to our customer base.

  • Achieve a 2 way sales approach with customers on promotional mailings, faxes, and recommended spares.

  • Participate on team projects and work collaboratively as a group on your daily responsibilities.

Qualifications:
  • Administration/ Commercial related studies (FP Admon, ADE)

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience with heavy machinery parts.

  • Sales or customer service experience with exposure to international sales or marketing such as shipping international orders is helpful

  • Demonstrated technical skills related to capital equipment.

  • Must be comfortable on the phones in a call center type environment, have good oral and written communication skills, and be highly organized

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel)

  • Ability to communicate both in english and spanish
  • Ability to work in high stress, high volume environment and maintain positive professionalism.

  • Ability to read and understand engineering prints, bills of material and illustrated parts drawings.

  • Previous experience with ERP systems/ computerized manufacturing / inventory management system.
