We are an international remote team with the majority of our business in the US.

What you'll be working on

Provide insights to answer specific business questions

Development of performance dashboards attending the business needs

Data cleaning and integration from multiple sources

Provide key insights that enable the teams to focus on initiatives that most correlate to higher retention and LTV across the customer journey

Develop frameworks, models, tools, and processes to ensure that analytical insights can be incorporated into key decision-making

Support CS OKR development and Experiment design, and progress monitoring

What you'll bring to the team.

You are innately curious, empathetic, analytical and a fast learner

You love being able to take the science of data to actively contribute to the decision making process in Customer Success and Support teams

You?re driven by curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and skills to turn data into value-creating insights to propel retention and lifetime value in SaaS

You have a nack for sharing actionable insights aimed at improving customer retention across the journey post sales

You thrive on discovering aha moments and better understand what drives leading metrics

You are keen to validate current assumptions and hypothesis, as well as have the confidence to question them based on findings you uncover

Strong experience creating performance dashboards at all levels and tying them to org wide objectives
