About the role:

As Process engineer, you will provide technical support to manufacturing operations as well as coordinating and leading process improvement projects with the collaboration of maintenance and quality departments.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leads and/or supports material, design and/or process changes to existing products by following design control process and generating well-documented research and analyses records.




• Leads and/or support activities for continuous process improvement and production continuity




• Leads the coordination of project activities that involve cross-functional group




• Conducts process characterization of processes using design of experiments (DOE)




• Plan and supports process validations including IQ,OQ,PQ,PPQ




• Plan and performs hands-on benchtop studies, troubleshooting and/or root-cause-analysis to evaluate product performance & improvements




• Demonstrate strong drive for results and clear accountability for successful and timely completion of designated tasks and projects




• Ensures compliance with BD quality policies, procedures, and practices through appropriate communication, training, and education of sound engineering principles

Education and experience required:

• BS in engineering (mechanical, chemical, biomedical)


• Good english level


• Experience with high automated manufacturing processes.

Additional experience considered:

• Polymer Science or a related discipline


• High level of written and verbal communication skills


• Product and/or process development experience in medical device industry


• Understanding of GMPs and medical device regulations
