General Scope: Preparation of strategic management meetings and presentations for top management boards. Department coordination facilitation. Can be framed into the group of PM external services.

Description:

Main tasks: Support engineering department head(s) on their reporting and presentation tasks, as:

Conducting meetings to capture strategic information from the managers of the Department.

Producing communication packages and presentations.

Supporting on preparation and follow up of related management tasks.

Minutes of workshops.

Actions lists.
