Krispa D.O.O is seeking an action-oriented, practical-minded individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, good problem-solving skills and a strong motivation for completing tasks and getting results. The right person will be autonomous, focused and reliable, with an attention to detail to keep things moving in the right direction while demonstrating the natural ability to build relationships and increase client satisfaction.


Here’s a little about Krispa D.O.O and the position they are seeking to fill:


Krispa D.O.O represents the Spanish ceramic tile group APE Grupo in the North American and Caribbean Markets and currently servicing the construction and development industry in collaboration with iTiles llc, an agency with a focus on importers, wholesale distributors, retailers, architects, designers and builders in the ceramic tile industry.


The candidate will be required to have a B2 level of Common European Framework (CEF) for English and Spanish in speaking and writing.


This is a full-time position from Monday through Friday (40 hours) and a 6-month trial period. The candidate will primarily be working remotely with the principal of Krispa D.O.O and working onsite minimum 1-2 days per week at the APE Grupo Headquarters located in Castellón, Spain. The candidate is required to be self-accountable, staying current with daily tasks and maintaining deadlines and timelines.


Krispa D.O.O will provide Company mobile phone, Company laptop and a Company credit card for all business travel related expenses and travel insurance.


Upon successful completion of the 6-month trial period, the candidate will participate in a Performance Review to be eligible for a 3-year contract based on performance results. The goal of this position is for the candidate to become a self-reliant full-time Assistant Account Manager within 1.5 years of completing the 6-month Trial Period and continue working exclusively with the principal. Upon completion of the 3 year contract, the candidate will have the ability to renew for an additional 3 years based on the performance and results of the 3 previous years.


EDUCATION, TRAINING & COACHING


  • Extensive education and training provided for the duties and responsibilities defined for this position.
  • 3-weeks of onsite training at APE Grupo headquarters in Castellon, Spain over a 3-month period. (Training on products, back office systems, programs & processes)
  • Weekly personal coaching and communication training with a professional Business Coach.


COMPENSATIONCANDIDATE WILL BE HIRED AND COMPENSATED AS AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR.


  • Initial 6-month Trial Period – €1,000/month Net (from date of hire)
  • Year One (begins upon completion of 6-month Trial Period) – €1,250/month Net.
  • Year Two (begins 12 months after completion of Initial Trial Period) – €1,250/month Net plus commission (commission structure to be determined)


PAID TIME OFF


  • 10 paid vacation days for Year One after completion of 6-month Trial Period
  • 15 paid vacation days for the following years
  • All Spanish National Holidays


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


1) Liaison for all communication between APE Grupo, customers and iTiles Brand Ambassadors via email, phone and related WhatsApp chats (replies for client stock checks, general announcements, novelties & discontinued items, basic and/or technical questions, etc)


2) Manage and process all iTiles Brand Ambassador/ client sample requests and merchandising material using the Company online ordering system and track shipping to respective locations.


3) Virtual Team Meetings in collaboration with iTiles Team.


  • Participate in virtual meetings as per Company’s discretion.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings.
  • Assist with creating agenda for APE/ iTiles monthly Team meeting.
  • Assist with preparation of monthly sales statistics for respective territories.


4) Collaborate with APE Grupo Accounts Receivable department reference to overdue payables.


5) Creating and maintaining APE Grupo product price list.


6) Industry Trade Shows:


  • Attend industry trade shows as per company discretion
  • Cevisama – Valencia Spain: (Jan/Feb – 7/10 days)
  • Cersaie – Bologna Italy: (Sept/Oct – 10/12 days)
  • Coverings – varying locations in USA (April/May: 7-10 days)


NOTE: for USA based trade shows, must allow for additional days/weeks stay to meet with clients in the location of their respective territories of the North American market.


  • Assist with any trade show related tasks and activities before, during and after the trade show. (create & manage invitations, restaurant selections, reservations and coordination of client dinners or events, scheduling client appointments at APE Booth to discuss new product selections, etc)
  • Manage emails, provide clients with snacks and beverages, etc.
  • Assist with scheduling product training sessions at APE Booth with iTiles Team
  • Participate in product training sessions at APE Grupo Booth..
  • Assist with preparation of and participate in Team-building events and any APE Grupo client appreciation events when applicable.
  • Provide iTile Brand Ambassadors support for customers and leads that are visiting APE Grupo Booth, take notes, advise respective Brand Ambassador client is at the booth
  • Take videos and photos of products displayed at APE Grupo booth, edit and post on Social Media (FB, Instagram and iTiles YouTube channel)


7) Company’s CRM (in collaboration with iTiles Team members)


  • Generate necessary data reports.
  • Create content for periodic email blasts to customer base.
  • Follow-up on email blasts to customers.
  • Review email blast campaign reports and follow-up to update Unsubscribe and Undeliverable emails.


8) Create, manage and maintain an APE USA Social Network presence (ex. Instagram and Facebook page with daily posting of news feeds, product information, etc.)


9) Upon completion of the first 18 months of service, the candidate will be eligible to travel with the iTiles Brand Ambassadors in their respective territories of North America on an average of one to two weeks per month.


Qualifications


  • MINIMUM B2 level of Common European Framework (CEF) for English and Spanish in speaking and writing.
  • Ability to travel Internationally (USA, Canada & Caribbean).
  • Available to travel to APE Grupo headquarters in Castellon, Spain with reliable form of transportation for training, company meetings, events and meetings with clients as necessary on a weekly basis.
  • Standard Valid Driver’s License.
  • Minimum TWO years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Excellent email writing skills.
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft 365 (Excel & Word)
  • Good knowledge of Google Suite.
  • Basic experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Platform.
  • Ability to work remotely in an environment conducive to productivity and efficiency with an excellent Wifi connection.
  • Open to developing on a personal & professional level.
  • Good basic Math skills and use of calculator (calculating square feet & square meters, convert Metric to Imperial and vice/versa)
