What you will do

The International Sales Support will be responsible for providing Source Tagging solutions coordination, support and expansion for major customers and their bespoke requirements whilst supporting the sales and operational teams to deliver excellent customer service achieving customer Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements, as well as meeting sales targets. The primary function of this role is to ensure no revenue is ‘left on the table’ with our most important ‘gold’ customers.

We are looking for a person who can work from Barcelona, a hybrid role between home office and our client premises.

You will be a key member of our gold customer eco-system, working closely with the nominated account managers / account executives to ensure alignment to the wider customer strategy.

How you will do it

Your role will be to ensure Source Tagging solutions are managed, deployed, and completed within the agreed parameters:

  • Manage relationships within the retailer.

  • Identify opportunities for Source Tagging solutions expansion.

  • Collate record and report progress internally and externally.

  • Work as a team member and communicate at all levels.

  • Produce accurate and timely reports.

  • Interact with web portals and customer reporting interfaces.

  • Improve customer service delivery.

  • Interface with customer service desks and attend customer performance meetings.

  • Support Key Account managers and sales management.

  • Identify and investigate solutions to achieve results to retail business challenges.

  • Provide quick turnaround support for business as usual (BAU) customer requirements resulting in quotations being issued and orders being received and processed in a timely manner.

What we are looking for

Educated to High school level o equivalent, University Degree in relevant subject desirable.

Appropriate experience in a customer facing environment.

Demonstrate a successful track record of achievement in customer service excellence.

Demonstrate the ability to network with relevant groups.

Retail experience OR product knowledge (EAS, Loss Prevention).

Proficient in Microsoft Office .

Fluent in English and Spanish.


Strong communication skills.

Customer focused, exhibiting a strong desire to resolve issues to the client’s satisfaction in a timely manner.

Self-motivated and proactive.
