Key Responsibilities - Soporte técnico informático en turnos rotativos.
- Responder a consultas técnicas y resolver incidencias de los usuarios.
- Coordinación y comunicación entre departamentos de la compañía.
- Manejo de documentación técnica.
- Propuesta de mejoras de procedimientos para optimización de los procesos del departamento.
