About the role:
As an Automation & Control Engineer – Mid Senior, you will contribute to the development, integration, and validation of the automation and control systems powering our eSAIL solutions.
This role combines software development, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system integration activities, working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our systems both in factory and onboard vessels.
You will progressively take ownership of technical topics and support more junior engineers while contributing to the continuous evolution of our control architecture and operational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Support integration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities in factory and onboard environments.
Collaborate with Electrical, Mechanical, Naval, and Service teams to ensure proper system integration.
Support technical documentation development, including electrical diagrams, commissioning procedures, and software architecture documentation.
Required competencies:
Exposure to marine, industrial automation, renewable energy, or heavy industrial environments is highly valued.
