Job Overview
Finstars Capital SL is seeking a skilled and reliable IT Support Specialist to join our team in Spain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Support Microsoft Windows environments, Microsoft 365, email systems, and business applications
- Troubleshoot system, network, and user access issues in a timely manner
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets
- Monitor system performance and assist in maintaining IT security and network stability
- Perform routine updates, backups, and system maintenance tasks
- Document technical issues, solutions, and support activities
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required
- Support onboarding of new employees with IT setup and access provisioning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts
- Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified, or similar
- Experience with cloud platforms, cybersecurity basics, or virtualization
- Knowledge of IT asset management and documentation practices
- Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred
