Job Overview
YKPCX SL is seeking a motivated and technically skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Spain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth and efficient operation of all hardware, software, and network services across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, email systems, and business applications
- Troubleshoot system errors, connectivity issues, and user access problems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets
- Monitor IT systems and assist in maintaining network performance and security
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance
- Document technical issues, solutions, and IT procedures
- Assist with onboarding and setup of IT equipment for new employees
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
- Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus
- Experience with cloud services, cybersecurity basics, or virtualization
- Knowledge of IT asset management and documentation practices
- Fluency in Spanish and English preferred
