The position is based in Madrid in a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with on-site presence to foster collaboration and team synergy. It is essential to reside in Spain and have a valid work permit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and operate Kubernetes clusters in production environments, including cluster provisioning, scaling, and lifecycle management.

• Monitor system performance using observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and implement corrective actions to ensure availability and reliability.

• Automate infrastructure tasks using CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar.

• Apply security best practices in containerized environments, including network policies, RBAC configuration, and vulnerability management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and experience level agreements (XLAs).

• Implement updates, patches, and configuration changes across distributed systems to maintain system stability and security.

• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and cloud teams to support containerized application deployments.

• Identify improvement opportunities in infrastructure processes and implement automation and optimization initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience working with Kubernetes in production environments.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in roles related to IT infrastructure, systems, or DevOps.

• Certified B2 level of English.

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• At least 1 year of experience with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).

• At least 1 year of experience in container orchestration (Docker, advanced Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python) with at least 6 months of experience.

• At least 1 year of experience in network security principles (firewalls, segmentation, Zero Trust).
