Job Description

Robinson Space Madrid is looking for a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Technician to join our team in Madrid. The successful candidate will provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help maintain the company's IT infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and system access.
• Perform system updates, backups, and routine maintenance.
• Document technical issues and maintain accurate support records.
• Assist with IT projects and technology upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with company IT security policies.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in IT support or a help desk role is preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Spanish language proficiency is required.
