MISSION
Managing a designated regional market, the Regional Sales Manager will drive commercial growth by introducing these innovative health solutions to independent veterinary practices. You will take complete ownership of your pipeline, from local prospecting to closing, demonstrating a strong value proposition that helps clinics streamline their operations and build predictable revenue streams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, prospect, and build collaborative commercial relationships with veterinary clinics within your assigned territory.
- Present business-to-business preventative healthcare solutions to practice decision-makers, clearly communicating the operational and economic advantages.
- Proactively build and manage a reliable sales pipeline, generating leads through outbound outreach, localised networking, and industry events.
- Plan and execute targeted outreach to practice managers and owners to secure face-to-face or digital consultation meetings.
- Utilise CRM infrastructure to systematically record all sales activities, pipeline updates, and performance forecasts.
- Partner with internal client success and onboarding teams to ensure seamless service integration for new
- clinic accounts.
- Uphold the highest standard of professional integrity, curiosity, and empathy across all client interactions
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven sales experience in B2B accounts, ideally within the animal health, healthcare services, or medical software sectors.
- Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or exceeding commercial growth quotas.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills (native or professional fluency in Spanish; professional working proficiency in English.
- Strong organisational skills and territory management discipline, comfortable with regional travel.
- Proficiency in utilising CRM software and modern pipeline tracking toolsets.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or 4+ years of relevant B2B/commercial experience in the veterinary or animal care sector.
- A self-motivated, results-oriented professional who thrives with high autonomy.
