¿Cómo será tu día a día?
- Gestión y filtro de agendas complejas, coordinación de viajes, reuniones y control de gastos.
- Supervisión de las instalaciones en la oficina, atención de visitas de alto nivel, gestión de proveedores y control de correspondencia.
- Coordinación y contacto con asesores externos.
- Preparación de documentación para reuniones clave, redacción de informes, correspondencia confidencial y actas de reuniones.
¿Qué necesitamos de ti?
- En torno a 15 años de experiencia previa en soporte a alta dirección, comités de dirección o equipos directivos.
- Nivel alto inglés C1.
- Nivel medio de francés deseable.
- Domino del Paquete Office y experiencia usando herramientas de productividad basadas en IA.
- Perfil organizado, resolutivo, con capacidad de planificación y orientación al detalle.
