Our locations
In Loosdrecht we are looking for nurses in individual healthcare (VIG) assistants for two locations that are a stone's throw away from located next to each other: Residence Eikenrode and Residence De Negen Linden. At our locations, our residents—many of whom have been diagnosed with psychogeriatrics—live amidst nature yet close to city amenities. Our locations in Loosdrecht are situated in beautiful surroundings, near the Loosdrechts Plassen. There is ample space for cycling, walking, and other outdoor activities. There are also various animals living on the estates that add to the pleasant atmosphere.

Job description
We provide care and well-being to our residents twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. As a Certified VIG’er, you deliver excellent care together with the team, but you never lose sight of the residents' well-being. You encourage self-reliance and listen carefully to the residents' wishes and needs. In addition to daily care and support, you ensure clear reporting in the care file. (If and) In the role of Senior VIG’er, you are responsible for the care of the residents together with the team. You participate in care meetings and accompany doctors' rounds. Additionally, you as an EVV you create care plans. You monitor the quality of care and provide input regarding potential improvements.
