Regional Sales Manager Pulmonology & ENT

About the Role
As a Regional Sales Manager for Central and Northern Spain, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the business strategy to align with the region’s key objectives. Your role will involve developing and overseeing sales strategies, managing commercial policies, and ensuring the successful execution of business plans. You will lead the commercial department, strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, and drive market growth while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate the sales strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the annual planning and budgeting process by region and sales teams.
- Strengthen the brand image and ensure product positioning in the market.
- Manage the sales process to maximize business opportunities and revenue growth.
- Lead and coordinate the commercial team, fostering strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Provide guidance for market research and business development initiatives.
- Ensure the implementation of commercial strategies within established deadlines and resources.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and economic factors to inform business decisions.
- Manage key client negotiations and handle complex commercial challenges.
- Develop, coach, and mentor Sales Representatives, ensuring their professional growth.
- Support the identification and management of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in collaboration with Marketing and Sales.
- Represent the company at national and international events and congresses.
Qualifications
Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you have:
- Experience in medical devices/technology, particularly in ICU and Pneumology, is highly desirable.
- Strong background in sales and commercial leadership (minimum three years in a similar role).
- Proven ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and medical market policies.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Resilient, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of environmental practices and waste segregation is a plus.
- A Master’s in Business is desirable.
- Preferably based in Madrid
- English proficiency is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
