In this role, you will focus on growing and expanding relationships with existing customers in the UK/I Commercial market segment, Boomi's high-volume, high-velocity customer segment. You will work closely with customers to understand their evolving business needs, drive adoption and identify opportunities to expand their use of Boomi solutions. By helping customers maximize the value of their investment, you will play a key role in retention, upsell and long-term partnership development.

Please also note that this is a hybrid office/remote role where you will work at least 3 days per week from our stunning Barcelona office; and 2 days from home.

To successfully grow and expand relationships with existing customers in this segment, you will:

  • Act as a trusted business advisor to C-level and senior stakeholders, using your in-depth knowledge of Boomi technology, products, and services to help customers maximize their investment and achieve long-term success.
  • Utilize strategic account management to identify expansion opportunities, drive adoption, and position Boomi as a key enabler of their business strategy.
  • Collaborate with customers to design roadmaps for growth, ensuring seamless post-sale implementation and continued value realization.
  • Analyze customer usage, market trends, and evolving business needs to proactively recommend solutions that drive retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Engage cross-functional resources—including Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product teams—to ensure customers achieve their objectives.
  • Develop and execute account plans that drive expansion, renewal success, and long-term partnership growth.
  • Build deep customer relationships by demonstrating expertise, professionalism, and a commitment to their ongoing success.

To align your activities with Boomi's sales and business objectives, you will:

  • Accurately forecast renewals, upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Execute customer growth and retention strategies to drive pipeline and revenue expansion.
  • Track & report on key account health and sales metrics, ensuring proactive engagement and risk mitigation.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Native English speaker
  • 2-5 years experience in relationship selling
  • MEDDPICC sales methodology experience preferred
