Job Description: KMA On-site Coordinator
Location:
- Headquarters in Stockholm, with a strong on-site presence required, combined with office-based responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities & Duties
- Documentation & Supervision:
- Review, handle, and supervise subcontractor documentation (work preparations, incident reports, daily reports, etc.).
- Ensure proper implementation of quality, environmental, and health & safety practices by subcontractors.
- Conduct safety and environmental rounds to verify compliance (material lists, vehicle logs, ID06, installed materials, etc.).
- Administrative & Project Management Support:
- Produce routine KMA documentation, including risk analyses, monthly reports, work preparations, assembly instructions, and plans.
- Update and develop project-related documentation under the supervision of the project manager.
- Receive and log materials before installation.
- Manage documentation and notifications on the client's platforms.
- Cross-Project Support & HR Collaboration:
- Occasionally support KMA activities in other Nordic projects.
- Work with HR to align work environment guidelines with company policies.
- Collaborate with safety representatives and committees in risk assessments, planning, and incident follow-ups.
Requirements & SkillsGeneral Requirements:
- Ability to build relationships and be trustworthy.
- Structured mindset, problem-solving, and compliance-oriented.
- Customer-focused, while maintaining a strong understanding of contractual limits.
- Strong digital skills, including MS Office proficiency.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- BAs-P/U certification or previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience with tunnel infrastructure projects (variable message signs, CCTV, communication networks, electricity).
- Technical knowledge of tunnel infrastructure systems.
- Experience working with Trafikverket as the end customer.
Salary & Benefits
- Annual Salary: 468,000 SEK – 660,000 SEK, depending on experience and market value.
