As Streamlead SAP Migration (m/f/d) you will take responsibility for the system landscape and coordinate the data migration to SAP S/4HANA. You will manage migration processes, monitor object and field mappings, validate results and work closely with product owners, teams and external consultants to ensure a successful transformation.

What You Can Expect

• Strategic planning and implementation: Overall responsibility for setting up the system landscape and developing conceptual approaches for data migration from various legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA using the ChainSys tool.
• Project coordination: Leading and coordinating the team in the design of data migration processes and solutions in line with legacy system environments and SAP target data structures.
• Transformation control: Monitoring and control of object and field mapping for the migration of master and transaction data, transformation design and migration planning.
• Quality assurance: Ensuring the successful implementation of all data migration phases through monitoring and execution based on object and volume scope, including validation and release.
• Supplier and partner management: Working closely with the functional product owners, their teams and external consultants as part of the transformation to SAP S/4HANA.
• Promoting a positive corporate culture: Ensuring an appreciative and supportive working environment and building a team that is goal-oriented, motivated and customer-focused.

Your Profile. What You Bring In

• You are an experienced executive with a degree in economics, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience: Several years of practical experience in the SAP environment, ideally with S/4HANA, as well as sound knowledge of data migration to SAP S/4HANA, ideally using the ChainSys tool
• Technical know-how: Knowledge of SAP Fiori, Confluence or Jira is an advantage
• Additional Requirements and Interpersonal Skills
• Management skills: Experience in managing teams and large-scale projects in the IT sector
• Strong communication and intercultural skills: Excellent communication skills, confident demeanor and assertiveness
• Willingness to travel: Willingness to undertake international business trips as part of the project work.
• Languages: Proficient in English is required; knowledge of German or any other European language is an advantage.
