Graduate Program - Business Development Representative SME & Mid-Market / Digital DACH (m/f/x)
osapiens
1 - 2 Años

Madrid

Description This is where your career begins. We are building the Business Development Graduate Program within our SME & Mid-Market / Digital DACH Team at osapiens — and we are looking for the best graduates in the DACH region. Not the loudest - the sharpest. This is not a traditional SDR role. It is a high-ownership position inside one of Europe's fastest-growing B2B software companies — 100% year-on-year growth for 42 consecutive months, backed by Goldman Sachs & BlackRock, with offices in 7 countries and more than 600 talents worldwide. You will sit at the front end of our Digital Sales Engine: fast, focused, and built for scale. A clear career path, an AI-first toolstack, and real responsibility from day one. We are building a decacorn here. You could be part of that. What the program looks like The Business Development Graduate Program is structured around a simple principle: real ownership from day one, with a clear path forward. You will spend your first year generating and qualifying pipeline for our SME & Mid-Market Digital DACH team — mastering high-velocity outbound, learning the full sales motion, and developing your own AI stack. Strong performers can expect significant career opportunities within 12, 18, 24 months — into Account Executive, Senior BD, or adjacent commercial roles — based on your results and where your strengths take you. We hire annually. Once you are in, you are part of a cohort — and a pipeline of talent that grows with the company. What you'll do A named-account list. A defined set of SME and Mid-Market accounts in DACH — you know them, you research them, and you decide when and how to engage. Quality of pipeline, not dial volume. And if you can demonstrate you can handle more, you'll get more. High-velocity outbound conversations. Get decision-makers on the phone and into short, sharp discovery calls. This is a high-speed, high-volume environment — precision and pace matter as much as depth. Signal-driven outreach. Read regulatory shifts, company news, and buying signals, and turn them into a reason to reach out today. Signals are surfaced for you; the angle is yours to write. Or even better: build agents that put these signals at your fingertips — and share them with your peers. Qualified pipeline handoff. Move opportunities through to AE-accepted, qualified pipeline in HubSpot, with clean data and full ownership of forecasting accuracy for what you hand off. Your own AI stack. Live inside Claude, HubSpot, and AI-driven sales tools. Build and vibe-code your own lightweight agents and workflows for research, enrichment, drafting, and signal monitoring — then share what works with the team. AI SDRs – pilot, improve, and scale. We're actively exploring AI SDRs for inbound and outbound. You'll be on the front line — piloting them, training them, stress-testing them, and feeding back what works — helping us build the most AI-advanced BD organization in the world. A clean execution lane. Messaging, collateral, and objection-handling guides are supplied by Marketing and Presales. Your job is execution: outreach quality, meeting quality, pipeline quality — at speed. What you'll bring Top-tier talent profile. You could land a role at any top-tier company. Best fit is straight from a top university or with up to two years of working experience. Intellectually sharp and commercially curious. You read a news update or a regulatory shift and turn it into a reason to reach out today. Innovative, out-of-the-box thinker. You don't just run the playbook — you challenge it. Tell us what we should be doing differently, what tools we should be trying, and how we can get better at everything we do. We want operators who make the system smarter, not just keep it running. Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments. You can articulate a business problem clearly and quickly, and you're eager to learn the product and our solutions. High energy, resilient, and hungry. Intrinsically motivated to build a great career. High-velocity, outbound-heavy role, strong performance culture — we hire people who run toward that, not away from it. This is the single most important attribute. AI-first by default. You already work fluently with Claude and modern sales tools, and you build and vibe-code your own lightweight agents and workflows. Full ownership mentality. You take accountability for your number, your pipeline, and your own development. Fluent in German and English (every other language is a big plus). What Success Looks Like (first 12 Months): You own your account list end-to-end — signals live, outreach volume and quality both trending up. Qualified pipeline created and handed off, reported weekly and trending up against tier targets. Pipeline you generate materially contributes to the SME & Mid-Market Digital DACH revenue number. A visible log of your own AI experiments — agents built, sequences tried, signals tested — with results shared openly across the BD team. Benefits A purpose-driven mission tackling complex sustainability challenges whilst working alongside global industry pioneers Room for creativity through collaborative teamwork and an open communication culture Flexibility and team bonding with our hybrid work options Fuel for your growth journey, both personally and professionally Sustainable mobility options, promoting eco-friendly commuting solutions Fun team events and outings with our global teams Inspiring workspaces in Madrid and beyond. Site Reliability Engineer
Tinybird
1 - 2 Años

Madrid

About Tinybird At Tinybird, we help developers and data teams unlock the power of real-time data. This enables them to build data pipelines and innovative data products quickly. With Tinybird, you can seamlessly ingest multiple data sources at scale, query them using the SQL you already know, and publish results as low-latency, high-concurrency APIs for your applications. Developers can create fast APIs; what used to take hours or days now takes only minutes. Tinybird is the essential tool that data engineers and software developers have been waiting for, making it easier to drive innovation. About the Platform team The Platform team builds, operates, and continually improves the technical foundations that Tinybird relies on. We help Tinybird run safely at scale, evolve predictably, and support product and customer growth with minimal operational friction. This involves working on the systems that ensure reliability, observability, performance, infrastructure, cost efficiency, CI/CD, development environments, and critical backend services. Platform is both an infrastructure team and an operations team. We focus on making Tinybird's foundations reliable, observable, scalable, and easier to evolve. What we are looking for We seek an experienced Site Reliability Engineer who enjoys keeping large-scale distributed systems reliable and adaptable as they grow. You should understand how to make hardware and software work well together and be eager to grasp both our product and the real challenges our customers and internal teams face. You might be a good fit if: You have strong experience in designing, building, and running distributed cloud architectures and large-scale web-based production systems. You have deep knowledge of Kubernetes, which is essential for this role. You should be comfortable designing and operating production-grade clusters, writing custom controllers or operators as needed, and tuning autoscaling mechanisms (KEDA, Karpenter, and similar) to respond to real-time workloads. You know how Kubernetes manages networking, storage, scheduling, and resources, and you can analyze performance and failure scenarios at scale. You are skilled in AWS and GCP. Coding skills are required. We are not looking for a software developer, but baseline. You should be able to explore our codebase, ClickHouse source code, or any other software we use to understand how things work. Our primary languages are Python and some C++. You are comfortable operating close to production: debugging incidents, understanding system behavior, improving observability, and enhancing service reliability. You think in systems and pay attention to edge cases, failure modes, and specific implementation details. You care about performance, reliability, cost efficiency, and operational simplicity. You prioritize action, iteration, and delivery. You know many decisions can be reversed quickly, and that speed is important in business and technology. You take ownership, follow through, and are willing to tackle issues that may be broken, because you can fix them if necessary. You enjoy data and SQL, and you are curious about how real-time analytical systems work. We use our own product, so you'll need some SQL experience to query our own data. Experience with ClickHouse and/or launching database systems at scale would be a big plus. Familiarity with Traefik, Varnish, Redis, Terraform, or Ansible is not mandatory, but it's helpful and will get you up to speed quickly. We don't expect anyone to know the full stack upon arrival. You communicate clearly in writing. This is important because we work asynchronously, document decisions, write operational notes, and share context across teams. You use AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, and others to enhance efficiency and improve your workflows. You are fluent in English and Spanish. English is the primary language we use at Tinybird, and Spanish is commonly spoken within the Platform team. You are willing to participate in on-call rotations, not only to maintain service health but also to understand the real problems our customers and internal teams face. You are located in an EU timezone. Our stack We run our stack on Linux and aim to keep things simple. The technologies we use include: Kubernetes: the foundation of our infrastructure. Most of our infrastructure runs on top of it, and autoscaling is crucial. ClickHouse: our primary data store. Python: mostly used for our backend, except for some components that rely on C++ for performance. Varnish: for load balancing and, at times, caching. Traefik: for ingress and routing. Redis: for our metadata store. Zookeeper: for coordinating ClickHouse replicas. ArgoCD: for GitOps-based continuous delivery. Grafana, Loki, Mimir, and OpenTelemetry (OTEL): for monitoring, alerting, and telemetry (we're increasingly standardizing on OTEL). What you will work on As part of the Platform team, your work will focus on the systems that keep Tinybird reliable, efficient, observable, and scalable. We operate a large-scale distributed system where efficiency is key. This is not just about automating infrastructure; it's about building and evolving a self-service platform that optimizes the underlying hardware, adapts to workload changes, and autoscales accordingly. Depending on the week, you could be: Enhancing high availability and elasticity so the system can scale automatically and efficiently as our customer base grows. It should make capacity decisions transparently and safely, without manual intervention. Boosting our observability capabilities, from low-level resource usage to high-level service metrics, including telemetry, dashboards, alerting, and long-term visibility into system health. Improving disaster recovery with better tools, incident discovery, and enhanced oncall experiences. Handling Kubernetes lifecycle tasks, managing cluster infrastructure, autoscaling, and ensuring safe deployments. Understanding how ClickHouse operates under the hood and extracting the best performance possible from it. Identifying bottlenecks and improving performance across storage, networking, and compute. Reducing operational burden by transforming manual or fragile processes into repeatable, well-managed systems. Assisting with incident prevention, operational reviews, and follow-up tasks after reliability issues. Strengthening CI/CD foundations to help teams build and deploy changes with greater confidence. You'll collaborate closely with product and backend teams to design system architecture, optimize resource use, and make our platform more adaptable and autonomous. This role suits someone who enjoys both building software and understanding how that software behaves in production. How could your typical day look like? In our company, everyone is part of the product team. While your focus will be on the Platform, your work priorities will often arise from what the product, customers, and engineering teams need from Tinybird's foundations. Some days, you might design autoscaling behavior or develop our Kubernetes infrastructure. Other days, you could be investigating a production issue, improving dashboards, ensuring safer deployments, optimizing ClickHouse performance, or helping another team move forward by reducing platform friction. We regularly discuss the product and the platform since they are closely linked. Tinybird needs to address today's customer challenges while building foundations for future scalability. Having someone understand the internals, operational realities, and long-term technical trade-offs is crucial. How we work We are a remote company committed to a remote-first culture. However, we find that occasionally gathering in person, especially in our Madrid office, can help us move faster, stay aligned, and solve difficult problems effectively. We believe in ownership, transparency, and clear communication. We value engineers who balance speed with reliability, and short-term needs with long-term platform health. We prefer documented decisions, clear ownership, and operational practices that make systems easier to comprehend and maintain. We build software with empathy to make it user-friendly and manageable. We work closely with product, support, customer success, and other engineering teams because the Platform exists to support the rest of the company. Check out our blog or follow us on LinkedIn to learn more about what matters to us. The process We aim to simplify the recruitment process as much as possible and avoid unnecessary steps for candidates. Team Alignment meeting (45 minutes with the other two team members) to discuss technology and teamwork. Final meeting with our CEO to review culture fit, long-term company vision, and any remaining questions. This role includes both cash compensation and a stock options grant. Senior Site Reliability Engineer
Comply365
1 - 2 Años
No Revelado
Barcelona

About Comply365 This is an excellent opportunity to join Comply365, the market leader in operational content management, safety management and training management serving the global aviation, defense and rail industries with a stellar customer base of 550+ customers in 80+ countries worldwide and delivering an industry first, connected platform, powered by AI, across these mission critical domains. The Comply365 platform is an industry-first interconnected, intelligent platform with best-in-class solutions across Operational Content Management, Safety, Risk & Quality Management, and Training Management. Powered by industry-specific AI, our unified platform connects data and insights across operations, safety, and training - eliminating complexity and driving measurable gains in efficiency and productivity for aviation, rail and defense organizations worldwide. About the role At SafetyManager365, we move quickly, build with intent, and focus on solving problems that genuinely matter to our customers and the aviation industry. Airlines generate huge volumes of safety reports, operational data and investigations. Our platform helps safety teams analyse that information, identify risks earlier and make better operational decisions. As a newly formed team within the wider Comply365 group, we bring the energy and mindset of a startup, with the backing and stability of an established enterprise. Our AI and data processing workloads already run entirely on AWS, and we are now extending that approach as we modernise the rest of the platform. We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to play a key role in this journey - enhancing reliability, shaping our cloud architecture, reducing operational toil, and mentoring our infrastructure team as they adopt modern cloud and SRE practices. This role is for someone who is genuinely energised by moving things forward - who spots a manual process and instinctively asks how it could be automated, and who pushes for durable solutions (“one-and-done”) rather than repeating the same fixes. We are at an early stage of our cloud maturity journey and need an individual who is comfortable dealing with ambiguity, not someone who reaches for a checklist. This is a high impact role that sits at the intersection of reliability engineering, cloud infrastructure, and engineering enablement, and will be ideal for someone who wants to combine technical leadership with hands-on engineering. You will play a key role in defining how we build, operate, and scale the platform. You will partner closely with software engineers to improve production readiness, deployment safety, observability, and operational maturity across the platform, reducing future incidents through better system design, simplification, and stronger operational foundations. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with core hours from 10am to 5pm CET to ensure strong team alignment and collaboration, while still allowing flexibility outside of those hours. It is hybrid with at least 2 days in our offices in Barcelona per week and reports into the technical leadership within the SafetyManager365 group. Please note this role is Hybrid based in Barcelona. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify risks, weaknesses, and operational bottlenecks, introducing structured solutions to move the platform from reactive to reliable and strategic Take end-to-end ownership of reliability and infrastructure challenges, driving them through to durable resolution by treating root causes, not symptoms, and keeping standards above short-term workarounds Design, build, and continuously improve AWS infrastructure with a focus on scalability, resilience, performance, and cost efficiency Lead the migration of services and workloads from legacy dedicated environments into modern, cloud-native AWS architectures Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code to automate provisioning, reduce manual effort, and ensure consistency across environments. Proficiency in at least one scripting or general-purpose language (Python preferred) is required; you will be asked to work through a practical coding or automation problem as part of the interview process Enhance CI/CD pipelines to enable safe, fast, and repeatable deployments, improving overall developer productivity and system stability Mentor and support infrastructure engineers, promoting modern cloud and SRE practices, and leveraging AI tools where appropriate to improve automation, efficiency, and engineering outcomes Identify and eliminate toil: where a task is recurring and automatable, automate it. Apply judgment to prioritise where automation delivers the most leverage, while documenting areas that aren’t yet, thereby avoiding single-points of failure. Build and evolve observability capabilities across metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting to enable effective monitoring and rapid incident response Establish best practices for incident management and collaborate with engineering teams to improve production readiness, resilience, performance, and system architecture Skills and Qualifications At least 8 years of experience in this or similar roles. Significant experience running production SaaS platforms in a senior SRE, platform, or infrastructure engineering role is required. A genuinely proactive mindset - not just responsive, but anticipatory. You notice problems before they escalate, propose concrete solutions without being asked, and stay uncomfortable with the status quo. If you are content to do repetitive manual work rather than drive to automate it, this role is likely not for you. Proven ability to operate independently and think strategically in complex, ambiguous environments, using sound judgement and strong problem-solving skills, without waiting for the whole picture Deep, hands-on expertise with AWS, including designing and operating scalable, resilient, and cost-efficient cloud architectures Demonstrated experience migrating and modernising legacy infrastructure into cloud-native environments Strong foundations in Linux, networking, and systems internals, with experience designing for high availability, fault tolerance, and production resilience at scale. Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or similar, alongside experience improving CI/CD and automation practices Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a mentoring mindset coupled with experience of working closely with engineering teams to improve reliability, observability, and operational maturity. Nice to haves Deep expertise in AWS, with a proven ability to architect, operate, and optimise secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-efficient cloud platforms; AWS certifications are advantageous. Proven track record defining and managing SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets, supported by hands-on experience with modern observability platforms (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) and distributed tracing. Experience operating distributed systems and microservices architectures, including approaches such as service meshes, chaos engineering, and resilience testing. Exposure to AI/ML or large-scale data workloads in production, with experience working in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments and a pragmatic approach to leveraging AI to improve engineering outcomes. Benefits ️Equipment: Laptop (Macbook), monitor, and whatever else you need to get productive Annual learning budget: courses, books, conferences, coaching ️Conference and speaking budget: attend industry events AI tooling budget: pick the tools that make you better, we will cover them Annual team offsite Salary: €100,000 - €120,000 gross per annum. The salary offered will be determined within this range based on relevant experience, qualifications and demonstrated competencies.

ABOUT THE ROLE LeoVegas Group is building a world-class Sportsbook platform. Within the Sports domain, we work in a high-volume, real-time environment where speed, correctness, scalability and reliability are critical, building the services that transform incoming sports, trading and pricing data into experiences used by millions of customers. You will provide technical leadership across architecture, engineering practices and platform evolution while remaining hands-on, helping teams make better technical decisions, raise engineering standards, simplify complex systems and balance business needs with long-term platform health. Identify scalability, resiliency and operational risks before they reach production, and lead root cause analysis when incidents occur. Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures; familiarity with streaming and messaging technologies such as Redis or NATS. Experience with Redis for caching and low-latency data access, and with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MongoDB). Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Datadog, Grafana or Kibana, and with debugging complex production incidents. Strong system design and architectural decision-making, balancing latency, throughput, consistency, operational complexity and maintainability. Ability to influence technical decisions and communicate effectively with engineers, architects, product managers and other stakeholders. NICE TO HAVE Experience with Kubernetes, AWS and/or GCP, and cloud-native architecture patterns. Experience with OpenSearch and/or Elasticsearch for search, analytics and operational troubleshooting. Experience building internal platforms, shared frameworks or developer productivity tooling, with a strong SRE mindset. Experience within sports betting, gaming or other real-time, data-intensive domains. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Teams rely on you for technical direction and practical problem-solving, and move faster thanks to the foundations, tooling, standards and guidance you help establish. The platform becomes more reliable, scalable and easier to operate over time, with fewer production incidents. Technical decisions are made with greater clarity, consistency and long-term sustainability. Cross-team dependencies are better coordinated, reducing friction and improving delivery. Engineers grow technically through your mentorship, feedback and leadership. WHO WE ARE At the core of LeoVegas Group is Team Leo. Rapid Prototyping & Delivery: act as a builder - lead the technical design and implementation of working solutions such as prompt workflows, lightweight agents, scripts, and integrations that prove value fast, then partnering with the AI Efficiency Architects to harden anything that needs to run in production. Reusable Enablement Assets: create templates, playbooks, and repeatable patterns so a proven AI win can spread from one team to many without bespoke work each time. Adoption & Measurement: drive genuine adoption of AI tooling across teams and tie every solution back to concrete outcomes - time saved, throughput, and delivery speed - so impact is visible and quantifiable to leadership. Feedback to the Platform: surface recurring needs and friction back to the AI Efficiency Architects, so the internal AI gateway and tooling evolve toward what teams actually need. Technical Mentorship & Influence: mentor senior engineers on AI best practices and influence engineering roadmaps. OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING: ESSENTIAL SKILLS Staff-Level Engineering Foundations: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience (Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript) with a proven track record of delivering complex, distributed systems in a production environment. Production-Ready AI Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience moving AI from a cool prototype to a real-world tool. You don’t just write basic prompts - you know how to build reliable agents and RAG workflows, and you understand the practical side of LLMs, like managing costs, speed, and context limits to make tools actually work for production. Strategic Problem-Solving: You have a strong bias for action and can take a vague problem and turn it into a working solution fast. While you focus on delivering value quickly rather than chasing perfection, you always think big - building smart, reusable tools that fix root problems for hundreds of developers, not just one team. Collaboration & Communication: excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work alongside many different teams, understand their needs, and bring them along on the adoption journey. SDLC/DevOps Familiarity: working knowledge of the tools that underpin the software delivery lifecycle (e.g., GitLab/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, source control) so that solutions fit naturally into how teams already work. Self-Direction: capacity to manage a varied portfolio of work across multiple teams, prioritize for impact, and deliver with minimal supervision. NICE TO HAVES Excellent presentation and training skills Previous experience running enablement, developer experience, or internal tooling initiatives WHO WE ARE At the core of LeoVegas Group is Team Leo. GR8_TECH builds B2B iGaming platforms for operators who play to lead. We deliver full-cycle, high-impact tech designed to scale — from seamless integrations and expert consulting to long-term operational support. Our platform powers millions of active players and drives real business growth. Call it what it is: the iGaming Platform for Champions. With 1000+ GR8 people across locations and time zones, we don't just ship technology — we help operators build success stories across brands, markets, and geos. Our ambition drives us. Our people make it real. If you're a challenger in spirit and a champion in action — join us. Why this role exists: This role exists to own the technical resolution and localization of complex, non-typical core platform incidents before they reach development. You'll help us maintain platform stability and protect engineering teams by independently troubleshooting microservice communication failures, balance processing issues, and authentication layer anomalies. What you'll drive: Advanced Investigation & Core Operations Receive and independently investigate complex, non-standard platform requests related to discrepancies in user states, nested configuration issues, and microservice communication failures. Troubleshoot cross-functional incidents occurring at the boundary of core platform systems and adjacent integration modules. Independently determine whether a failure stems from a platform software defect, database mismatch, or incorrect complex operator settings. Guide and assist Junior L2 and adjacent support lines with advanced platform configuration investigations. Deep Troubleshooting & Escalation Analyze structured logs in management systems (Kibana/OpenSearch), matching cross-system identifiers (Trace IDs, Request IDs, or Session IDs) to trace core platform data passing through microservices. Inspect error stacks in tracking tools to precisely localize software or database failures. Participate in the technical localization of major platform incidents. Generate high-quality, detailed bug reports for L3/QA, providing logs, raw payloads, and business/operational impact summaries. Delivery, Execution & L3 Shielding Monitor SLA compliance for all assigned complex incidents, independently prioritizing platform tasks within the domain. Maintain a high level of independent ticket resolution (L2 Resolution Rate), shielding product and engineering teams from incomplete, unverified, or configuration-based escalations. Control the reopen rate by providing comprehensive, fully validated technical solutions. Knowledge Base & Mentorship Develop and implement detailed technical runbooks and troubleshooting workflows for Junior L2 and L1 support lines. Mentor Junior engineers and conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions regarding the inner architecture of platform features. What makes you a GR8 fit: 3+ years of experience in technical support (L2), systems analysis, or technical operations of product/B2B SaaS platforms. Advanced log management skills: Strong experience with Kibana/OpenSearch, including building custom search filters, aggregating core logs, and tracing transaction/session data chains across microservices. API Testing & Debugging: Practical experience with Postman (or similar tools) to validate platform API endpoints, request/response bodies, and authentication headers. Technical Error Analysis: Ability to read and interpret technical error stacks (stack traces) in monitoring systems to identify database or code-level failures. Core Platform Mechanics: Advanced operational understanding of distributed session tracking, authentication layers (OAuth/JWT), data validation schemas, and database transaction lifecycles. Issue Tracking Tools: Strong proficiency in advanced ticketing system features, including queue management, custom filters (JQL in Jira), and dashboard utilization to track team performance. SDLC Frameworks: Deep operational understanding of multi-tier escalation workflows, cross-functional incident routing, and SDLC phases to accurately distinguish platform bugs from configuration errors. High Level of Autonomy: Proven ability to work without relying on step-by-step runbooks, diagnose complex issues from scratch, implement localized configuration changes, and execute technical data exports independently. Language Proficiency: Intermediate+ English (B1–B2) and Fluent Ukrainian or Russian. Why you'll love working here: Benefits Cafeteria — annual budget you allocate to: Sports • Medical • Mental health • Home office • Languages. Work-life & support Paid maternity/paternity leave + monthly childcare allowance. 20+ vacation days, unlimited sick leave, emergency time off. Remote-first + tech support + coworking compensation.
