Purpose

We're looking for a junior / mid-level creative pair to work as a team to tackle the global briefs SEAT and CUPRA throw our way.The team will be responsible for coming up with ideas that go beyond mediums and make their way into the culture.

Responsibilities

• Come up with ideas.
• Come up with better ideas.
• Come up with even better ideas until someone in the room breaks their poker face.
• Explain a concept so good that the words finally feel like they found their purpose in life.
• Paint a concept so good that the pixels finally feel like they found their purpose in life.
• See how image & copy combine and belong to each other.
• Develop the overall copy and visual style of the assets with their unmistakable tone of voice.
• Meet with clients to present, to dazzle and to sell your ideas.
• Strong social media experience across all channels.
• Be punctual with an understanding of correctly timing deliverables.
• Have an interest in cars, popular culture, AI and wild agency parties.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of at least 2 years in an advertising agency.
• Proven experience as Creative.
• Able to demonstrate 360 communications expertise.
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills and love creative and technical challenges.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Effective organisational abilities.
• Perfect written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
