No. of vacancies: 1 We are looking for a Help Desk Technician N 1.5 in freelance mode for a company located in Mataró.
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 months experience in a similar position
- English B2 (spoken)
- Experience in supporting different internal and external teams
- Ability to document and follow escalation protocols (Remedy)
- Ability to follow established procedures
- Availability of assistance to the Mataró office in person
Features
- Telephone and online assistance from the support service
- Management and resolution of level 1, 2 incidents
- Incident management using ticketing tools (such as Remedy)
- Configurations, diagnostic temperature review and resolution of incidents
- Report daily task status
- Monitoring the evolution of incidents in the incident management application
- Documentation of incidents and feeding of the knowledge database for reference in analogous situations
Modality and Schedule
- In-person (Freelance)
- Monday to Thursday 09-08 to 17-18. Friday 08 to 15.
