Build & Version Control Engineer
Bespoke Pixel
1 - 2 Años
No Revelado
Barcelona

The Studio & The Role Bespoke Pixel is a small, ambitious game studio built by experienced AAA developers. We believe great games come from great teams—and that great teams need tools and technology that let them focus on doing their best work. As our Build & Version Control Engineer, you’ll own two critical parts of that foundation: how our team works with source and how we build our game. One of your first major challenges will be helping us make an important technical decision. As the studio and our project grow, we want to make sure we have the right version control system for where we’re going. You’ll help us evaluate the options, choose the right solution and then take ownership of the transition—from migration and build-pipeline integration to helping the team adopt new workflows. Alongside this, you’ll be the person in command of our Unreal Engine 5 builds. You’ll keep a close eye on build health, solve problems when they appear and continuously improve the tools and pipelines that help the whole studio move faster. This is a hands-on engineering role with a lot of ownership. We’re intentionally a small team, so you’ll work closely with programmers, technical artists and developers across the studio rather than operating as a separate infrastructure function. And you don’t necessarily need to come from games. If your background is in DevOps, platform engineering, CI/CD, infrastructure, developer tooling or release engineering, many of the problems will be familiar—the context just happens to be building an AAA game. What You’ll Do Version Control Ownership Help the studio choose the right version control system for our needs and lead the transition from our current solution. You’ll own the technical migration, its integration with our build pipeline, and help establish workflows that make the new system work well for the entire team. Build Guardian Be the person in command of our UE5 builds. Track build health, identify problems early and collaborate with the team to resolve compilation and cooking issues quickly. You’ll also continuously look for opportunities to reduce build times and keep development moving. Build Tooling Develop tools and automation that make our builds and build pipelines more stable, efficient and easy to use. If something is repetitive, fragile or unnecessarily complicated, you’ll have the freedom to improve it. CI/CD & Automation Own and evolve our CI/CD infrastructure. Automate repetitive processes, improve reliability and make it easy for developers to get useful builds without having to think about what is happening behind the scenes. Developer Experience Work directly with the people using the systems you build. Understand where development slows down, remove friction and help create workflows that allow programmers, artists and designers to spend more time making the game. Infrastructure & Reliability Maintain and improve the infrastructure behind our development environment, from build machines and deployment to monitoring and troubleshooting. As the studio grows, you’ll help us make sure our systems grow with it. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who enjoys owning technical systems, solving difficult problems and making other developers more productive. You could already be a Build Engineer in the games industry. Or you might be a DevOps, Platform, Infrastructure, CI/CD or Release Engineer who’s curious about applying those skills to game development. We’d like you to have experience with several of the following:CI/CD systems and build pipelinesVersion control systems such as Perforce and GitPlanning or executing version control migrationsBuild and release automationScripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, Bash or similarWindows-based development infrastructureDiagnosing problems across complex development environmentsInfrastructure automation and deploymentUnreal Engine build processes, or an interest in learning them Experience from game development and Unreal Engine is a strong advantage, but it’s not a requirement. What matters more is that you understand the principles behind reliable build systems, version control and developer infrastructure—and that you’re comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting for someone else to define the solution. You enjoy getting into the details when something breaks, but you also look beyond the immediate problem and ask: how do we make sure this is better next time? Why join us? The Bespoke Pixel advantage This isn't a role where you’ll be a cog in a machine. This is an opportunity to be a key decision-maker in a small, tight-knit team where your impact is visible and valued every day. We believe that great work is done by happy people. Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary that is commensurate with your expertise and the market. Work-Life Balance: Enjoy 5 weeks of paid vacation. We believe in building a healthy, sustainable studio culture. Relocation & Barcelona Life: Our beautiful office is located in central Barcelona, complete with a rooftop terrace, a gym, and a fantastic community. We are ready to help with relocation for the right candidate. Comprehensive Benefits: We provide free private health insurance, a €200 monthly stipend for meals and transportation, and a yearly allowance for professional development. Team & Culture: We are a team of talented people who love what they do and support each other. You can look forward to regular team events and after-work hangouts. Ready to apply? Send your CV and cover letter in English. We review applications continuously, so don’t wait! Bespoke Pixel is an equal-opportunity employer. Everyone’s welcome. Let’s build something amazing together!

NOTE: This is a FULLY remote role, but the candidate must be within Europe to collaborate with their team, peers, and internal customers. You do not have to be in the specific country or city shown in this listing, but please only apply if you are physically based within Europe. Trusted by 20,000+ property managers worldwide, Hostaway is an industry leading, AI-powered vacation rental management platform designed for professional short-term rental operators. Hostaway brings everything together for greater efficiency and faster growth. Profitable, high-growth, and the first short-term rental PMS unicorn . Join us at our most exciting stage yet! Learn more about our recent valuation and story here. About the role Hostaway is looking for a Lead AI GTM Engineer to build the systems, workflows, and AI-powered tools that make our global marketing team faster, smarter, and more effective. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who combines deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of how modern marketing teams operate. You will work across Brand, Content, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations to identify where AI can improve performance, reduce manual work, and increase the quality and speed of execution. You will decide where to buy, build, or automate; design and deploy agents and workflows; integrate AI into our marketing technology stack; and measure whether those solutions improve marketing performance and ROI. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You should be equally comfortable mapping a complex GTM workflow, evaluating a new AI platform, building an agent, connecting systems through APIs, and explaining the business impact to senior marketing leaders. Your mission Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions, including agents, multi-step workflows, automations, and internal tools that solve real marketing problems. For example, building a campaign builder that allows a marketer to input a brief, and the agentic workflow creates all of the assets, including versions and localizations, and connects to platforms like Meta/LinkedIn/Google to execute the ads in market. Own build-vs-buy decisions by evaluating emerging AI and GTM platforms, testing their capabilities, and determining when to implement an existing solution versus build something custom. Integrate AI agents and workflows with our marketing platforms, data sources, APIs, and internal systems. For example, you can build an email automation workflow that connects to our platform to identify signals that would trigger an email cadence with all the branching logic, including writing the email, and connecting to HubSpot to deploy the email. Establish AI evaluation and quality standards by testing accuracy, reliability, and output quality and continuously improving production workflows. Optimize the economics of AI across token usage, API consumption, software costs, infrastructure, and human effort. Stay ahead of emerging models, agent frameworks, platforms, and approaches, turning the most promising developments into practical advantages for Hostaway. Full-stack builder: Past engineering experience required, and you can independently design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered applications, agents, and multi-step workflows. AI engineering expertise: You have built AI agents and agentic workflows that have measurably improved team performance. This requires you to be comfortable working across models, APIs, orchestration frameworks, and coding environments such as Claude Code or similar tools. AI platform fluency: You have hands-on experience evaluating and implementing emerging AI and GTM platforms such as Qualified, Clay, Jasper, Copy.ai, HubSpot Breeze, or similar tools, and you can quickly determine if they solve real-world business problems. Platform integration expertise: You know how to connect systems. You have hands-on experience integrating platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Meta, Google, and LinkedIn and creating reliable data flows between them. GTM fluency: You understand how modern B2B marketing works across brand, content, demand generation, product marketing, and marketing operations, and how those teams work together across the buyer journey and funnel. Strong economic judgment: You understand the cost of automation and can evaluate tradeoffs between human effort, purchased software, API consumption, infrastructure, and token usage to choose the most efficient solution. Data acquisition expertise: You are comfortable using APIs, web scraping, and other methods to turn external data into structured inputs for marketing, competitive intelligence, targeting, and automation. Able to navigate ambiguity: You can identify the highest-impact opportunities, make pragmatic decisions with incomplete information, and move quickly from idea to working solution without needing heavy process or a large team. What we offer Competitive Compensation: We offer competitive pay based on market rates in the country of the applicant. 100% Remote: Enjoy the freedom to work from anywhere within your country of residence—be it a co-working space, your home office, or even your dining room table. The choice is yours. Just don’t ask to work in our office (we don’t have one). Equity: Every role in our company comes with valuable stock options in a fast-growing and profitable company. This ensures we all share in the company’s success. Values-Driven Leadership: Our Core Values are not just words we’ve written to make us feel good. We leverage them daily when making strategic and tactical decisions. Professional Growth: Our rapid growth offers unparalleled learning and development opportunities, along with a multitude of career advancement opportunities. Annual Paid Leave: The specific amounts vary by country and are aligned with country and/or contract-specific norms. Geographic Specific Benefits: As an international employer, we offer different country-specific benefits such as Health Insurance and Pensions in countries where these perks are customary. The specifics depend on the country of the applicant. Dynamic Team Culture: As a global company with team members in over 40 countries, our diverse and international culture fuels our innovation and creativity, providing a key pillar to our success (and making it a lot of fun to work here). Thank you for your interest. If you apply for this role, you will receive an email from our Talent Acquisition team after your application has been reviewed alongside the qualifications for this role and the qualifications of others who have applied.

AI Engagement Manager (m/f/d)
Allianz
1 - 2 Años

Barcelona

About the Job The AI Factory is a central delivery unit at Allianz Technology that builds and deploys AI-powered solutions across the Allianz Group. It runs four pillars, Personal Productivity, AI-Native Ways of Working, Application Rebuild Modernization, and AI Use Case Delivery, on top of a shared AI platform ecosystem that provides the runtime, governance, observability, and reusable building blocks every solution runs on. The AI Use Case Delivery team is the AI Factory's delivery engine for agentic and AI-native solutions across Allianz Operating Entities. It accelerates high-return AI initiatives through dedicated squads, a defined lifecycle from Idea to Handover, and a growing library of reusable AI building blocks that turn one OE's solution into the next OE's head start. The AI Engagement Manager is the AI delivery interface between the AI Factory and the Operating Entities (OEs). The role turns OE and group pain points into deliverable, funded AI projects and steers several engagements in parallel. Where the Forward Deployed Engineer is the technical core of the squad, the Engagement Manager shapes the engagement and steers it to production: scoping the use case, shaping and executing demand, steering delivery, and owning the OE relationship beyond go-live. It works on the Allianz Technology side while staying close to the OE, and involves the Head of IT or the respective global vertical from day one. What you do Form a half-pizza squad with the Forward Deployed Engineers per OE engagement, together with the local IT or global vertical people who know the core systems. Shape and execute OE demand: make AI Factory capability visible early, match reusable building blocks (MVS) against the OE's actual pain points, and turn this into a funded engagement before the OE reaches outside. Steer multiple engagements in parallel across the full lifecycle, transferring patterns, framings, and lessons between them so the next engagement starts smarter than the last. Cut scope where it does not earn its place, validate assumptions fast, and correct course as the work unfolds. Own the build-to-run handover to the global service or local IT team, with the run team involved during delivery so the handover is real. Own the OE relationship after go-live and prepare structured communications and decision papers for senior stakeholders up to CTO and Board level. What you bring A degree in business, management, technology, or a related field, with experience steering delivery or programmes in a larger organization; knowledge of Allianz Group and Allianz Technology is a plus. Senior enough for OE leadership and Head of IT conversations, technical enough to follow the build and cut scope honestly. Strong stakeholder, business-framing, and roadmap-shaping skills, with the ability to prepare clear decision materials for executive audiences. Experience translating business problems into delivered software, ideally in insurance or another regulated environment. An entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable taking ownership and driving topics forward in a build-up environment without waiting for perfect structure. Fluent in English Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is a strong advantage. What we offer We offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working incl. up to 25 days per year working from abroad. We believe in rewarding performance and our compensation and benefits package includes a company bonus scheme, pension, employee shares program and multiple employee discounts (details vary by location). From career development and digital learning programs to international career mobility, we offer lifelong learning for our employees worldwide and an environment where innovation, delivery and empowerment are fostered. Flexible working, health and wellbeing offers (including healthcare and parental leave benefits) support to balance family and career and help our people return from career breaks with experience that nothing else can teach. About Allianz Technology With its headquarters in Munich, Germany, Allianz Technology is Allianz's global IT service provider and delivers IT solutions that drive the group's digitalization. With more than 11,000 employees in over 20 countries around the world, Allianz Technology is tasked to run, optimize, transform and innovate the infrastructure, applications and services together with Allianz companies to co-create the best customer experience. We service the entire spectrum of digitalization – from one of the industry's largest IT infrastructure projects that spans data centres, networks and security, to application platforms ranging from workplace services to digital interaction. In short: We deliver comprehensive end-to-end IT solutions for Allianz in the digital age. We are the backbone of Allianz. Find us at: www.linkedin.com/company/allianz-technology. Commitment to Integrity, Fairness Inclusion Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world. Caring for our employees, their ambitions, dreams and challenges, is what makes us a unique employer. Together we can build an environment where everyone feels empowered and has the confidence to explore, to grow and to shape a better future for our customers and the world around us. We at Allianz believe in a strong inclusive culture that encourages people to speak their minds, get involved and question the status quo. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and encourage you to bring your whole self to work, no matter where you are from, what you look like, who you love, or what you believe in. We therefore welcome applications regardless of race, ethnicity or cultural background, age, gender, nationality, religion, social class, disability, sexual orientation, or any other characteristics protected under applicable local laws and regulations. To Recruitment Agencies Allianz Technology has an in-house recruitment team that sources great candidates directly. Therefore, Allianz Technology does not accept unsolicited resumes from agencies or search firm recruiters. When we do work with recruitment agencies, that engagement is formalized by a contract. Fees will only be paid when there is a contract in place. Without a contract in place, we will not accept invoices on unsolicited resumes, even if the candidate was ultimately employed by Allianz. 104603 | Project Management | Professional | Non-Executive | Allianz Technology | Full-Time | Permanent

At Hilo by Aktiia, our vision is a world where no lives are lost or damaged from the effects of high blood pressure. Our mission is to make this a reality by developing tech to help people control their blood pressure. We are a venture-backed scale-up, having raised over $96M from investors in Europe and the United States. Our technology — rooted in 18 years of research at the Swiss Center for Electronics and Microtechnology (CSEM) — is the world's only medically accurate, continuous blood pressure monitor that is cuffless in daily life in the consumer space. Validated through extensive clinical trials and CE Marked as a Class IIa medical device, our solution is now available in 12 countries. In July, we launched in the US — a major step in bringing Hilo's technology to the millions of Americans living with high blood pressure. We are a hybrid/remote-first company, headquartered in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, united by our passion for impact and innovation. Role Overview We're looking for a Data Scientist who can turn large, complex real-world and clinical datasets into robust statistical analyses, models, and actionable insights. You will work on clinical, scientific, product, and business questions and translate data into findings that support scientific publications and informed decision-making across the company. This is a hands-on role with a high degree of autonomy, where you will independently take analytical questions from data preparation through statistical analysis and interpretation, while collaborating closely with clinical, scientific, product, and engineering teams. Requirements What You Will Own Mine and analyse large-scale real-world data from Aktiia's databases to identify patterns, trends, and relationships related to clinical outcomes, product performance, accuracy, and usage Design, perform, and interpret statistical analyses of clinical study data, working with the clinical team on study endpoints, protocols, and appropriate analytical approaches Produce analytical results into clear scientific insights, publication-ready figures, and statistical summaries that support conference presentations, posters, and peer-reviewed publications Apply statistical and analytical methods to user and product data to answer questions around engagement, retention, conversion, feature usage, and segmentation Design, run, and interpret experiments and statistical tests to evaluate product or feature changes and quantify their impact Develop reproducible and traceable analytical workflows, with well-documented code, analyses, and results in line with quality and regulatory standards (ISO 13485, MDR, GCP). We care more about proven ability than an exact number of years, so strong candidates with less experience are very welcome to apply Strong proficiency in Python and SQL. Experience with Spark is a strong advantage. Strong statistical foundations, including hypothesis testing, regression, survival analysis, experimental design, and statistical modelling. Ability to select appropriate methods, assess assumptions and limitations, and interpret results clearly. An understanding of clinical study design and biostatistics is important Strong analytical problem-solving skills — you can translate ambiguous clinical, scientific, product, or business questions into well-defined analytical problems and identify appropriate approaches to answer them. Comfortable turning large, messy, real-world datasets into clear, publication-ready analyses and scientific figures Fluent in English, based in Western Europe, e.g. Switzerland, Spain, UK, France, Germany Nice to have Experience with advanced statistical modelling or predictive modelling Experience with Databricks and/or BI/dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) Experience handling sensitive/clinical data and awareness of related regulations (GDPR, HIPAA) PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Bioinformatics, or a related field What Makes You A Great Fit At Hilo by Aktiia, our values guide everything we do: Move the Needle — You focus on what drives real impact.
