Verification Lead for 4-Core Coherent System
Semidynamics
1 - 2 Años
€ No Revelado
Barcelona

You will lead the verification of our 4-core coherent AI system, through a team of 3–4 verification leads, all the way to tape-out sign-off. About Semidynamics Semidynamics builds memory-centric AI inference silicon in Barcelona. Our chips combine RISC-V CPUs, Vector and Tensor Units and our Gazzillion Misses memory engine, so that large language models are never starved of data. In April 2026, SK hynix, one of the world's leading memory makers, made a strategic investment in the company. You will not inherit a mature flow at a company of 10,000 people. You will shape it, with a team you lead and a design team one desk away. What you will do Own the verification strategy for a 4-Core coherent system Write the verification plan: what is checked where, by whom, and how we know we are done. Set and track sign-off criteria for tape-out: functional and code coverage, bug trends, open risks. Decide where simulation, emulation and FPGA each give the best return, together with the respective team leads. Lead the team Lead 3-4 block verification leads (covering L2 cache, interconnect, core and other components). Hire and grow the team: recruit engineers, mentor the leads, set clear goals. Make sure the team has healthy regressions and CI, and push automation. Be the verification voice in architecture and microarchitecture reviews, and report status clearly to project management. Run the project Plan and estimate the verification effort, and keep the schedule realistic. Track tape-out risks and decide on mitigations early. Manage EDA licences and compute resources. Why this role is different You own the verification strategy. The plan you write is the one the company tapes out with. You build the organisation. You shape the team, hire the people you want to work with, and choose methods and tools. A seat at the table. You review the architecture and microarchitecture with the design leads, early enough to change them. A hard, current problem. Verifying a memory-centric, coherent multi-core AI system is one of the most interesting challenges in the industry today. What you bring Must have 12+ years of hands-on design verification. Expert SystemVerilog and UVM: you have architected reusable, multi-agent environments. Proven technical leadership: you have defined a verification plan, driven coverage closure and guided other engineers. Experience managing people: you have led verification engineers or leads, and helped hire them. Hands-on experience verifying cache-coherent multi-core systems or subsystems. Experience with a major simulator and debugger (Questa, VCS or Xcelium; Visualizer or Verdi). Working knowledge of SoC bus protocols: AXI, CHI. B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience. Fluent English. Nice to have RISC-V, CPU cluster or AI accelerator verification. Scripting (Python, Bash) and experience running regression and CI infrastructure (GitLab). Formal verification. Emulation (Palladium, ZeBu or Veloce) and post-silicon debug. Strong integration verification: connectivity, reset and clock, interrupts, boot flow. How you work You always ask: "Who/what actually checks this?" You keep inventing new scenarios to find the next bug before it finds us. You like to mentor, and you enjoy seeing engineers on your team grow. Why Semidynamics Work at one of Europe's most promising deep-tech semiconductor scale-ups Accelerated development path, with room to grow into confidential computing, memory isolation and software security 4 days per week in the Barcelona office (city center), 1 day working from home 1 week of work from anywhere in the world Competitive package A collaborative, technical, growth-oriented environment that values direct ownership and clear thinking

Allianz

Barcelona

About the Job The Data Architect will own the architectural design of the cyber data platform and its data pipelines. The platform is live and in daily use; this role will shape how it evolves. The role combines data architecture expertise, a strong grasp of modern Azure data technologies, an understanding of the regulatory requirements that apply to sensitive security data, and the ability to work with security architects, platform teams and data owners to agree the right patterns. You will be responsible for setting best practice in data flows and pipeline design, assessing and introducing new platform capabilities needed for analytics (including AI and machine learning features), and ensuring the platform continues to meet security and regulatory expectations as it moves from Azure Synapse to Azure Databricks. What you do Define the target architecture for the cyber data platform and the standard patterns for ingestion, transformation, modelling and serving of data. Define and promote best practice for data flows and pipeline design across the platform, ensuring solutions are consistent, scalable and maintainable. Produce reference designs that data engineers can reuse, and review their solution designs for consistency and quality. Shape the architecture and migration approach for the move from Azure Synapse to Azure Databricks. Assess new platform features required for analytics, such as AI and machine learning services, generative AI tooling, streaming and data governance capabilities. Run or support proofs of concept, make clear adoption recommendations and maintain a technology roadmap for the platform. Keep the platform cost-effective and performant as data volumes and the number of use cases grow. Ensure the architecture meets regulatory requirements for handling sensitive and personal data (for example GDPR and financial-sector resilience regulation) and Allianz data classification and access-control standards. Design for data lineage, retention, quality and auditability, and support audit and regulatory requests with evidence from the platform Work with security architects and other stakeholders to identify the right pipeline development pattern for each new use case. Partner with the central data team that onboards new data sources, agreeing interfaces, standards and responsibilities. Represent the platform in architecture governance and explain design choices to engineers, security specialists and leadership. Work in an agile team: contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning and reviews, and take ownership of items from start to finish. Collaborate daily with colleagues in other disciplines and locations, sharing knowledge and helping where the team needs it most. Document architecture decisions in a lightweight, reviewable form that keeps pace with delivery. You will be a strong collaborator who enjoys working in a multidisciplinary, multi-geography team and builds trusted relationships across technical and non-technical colleagues. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, able to balance quality with momentum. Takes ownership and sees work through to a usable outcome rather than handing it on half-finished. Pragmatic and curious, with sound judgement and attention to detail as well as the ability to hold a long-term architectural view while helping the team solve technical challenges and focus on delivery. What you bring Advanced experience designing cloud data platforms and data pipelines in analytics platforms, including Azure Synapse and Databricks (Delta Lake, Spark, Unity Catalog or equivalent governance tooling). Experience assessing and introducing new data and AI technologies into an existing platform. Strong data modelling skills and experience defining data standards, governance, lineage and quality practices. A good understanding of regulatory and security requirements for sensitive data in a regulated industry. Experience working with security or enterprise architects and with engineering teams to agree and implement design patterns. Experience of agile ways of working and of documenting architecture in a lightweight manner. Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical design to non-technical audiences. Cyber security domain knowledge, for example vulnerability management, identity and access management, security operations or control assurance. Desirable: Programming or data engineering background, with applied knowledge in python, sql and other languages; Familiarity with Power BI semantic modelling and what makes a dataset performant for reporting; Experience with the wider Azure ecosystem, such as Data Factory, Fabric or AI Foundry and experience assessing and integrating AI and machine learning platform capabilities (for example Azure AI Foundry, Databricks Mosaic AI or MLflow) into data pipelines. Infrastructure as code and DevOps / CI-CD approaches for data platforms; Experience supporting audit or regulatory reporting in a financial-services environment; Relevant certifications in Azure, Databricks, data architecture or cyber security are not required but represent a strong advantage. To get the best candidate experience, please consider applying for a maximum of 3 roles within 12 months to ensure you are not duplicating efforts. Job Category Sales Job Details About Salesforce Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all. Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce. The Experience Production experience required. Builder mindset non-negotiable. The FDE Voice is a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer role with a special focus on Voice. In this role, you will work directly with customers to design, build, and deploy AI-powered voice experiences in production, using Agentforce Voice, Service Cloud Voice, and contact center telephony integrations. You will own the full delivery cycle, from discovery and solution design to configuration, testing, and go-live, and you will be responsible for voice-specific quality, including latency, call flow logic, interruption handling, multilingual performance, and seamless escalation to human agents. You will act as a direct bridge between customers and the Voice Product team: sharing structured feedback from live deployments, raising product gaps and feature requests, contributing to roadmap discussions, and participating in early access programs and pilots to validate new capabilities in real customer environments. Working closely with customer teams, Product, and the wider EMEA South FDE team, you will turn field learnings into reusable voice patterns and assets that accelerate future deployments. What You'll Actually Be Doing Develop AI agents and experiences that take real actions for real organisations. Our solutions are in production at some of the largest enterprises on the planet. The work matters because the customers depend on it. Design agent intelligence: prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integration with customer systems, leveraging our Agentic AI platform and current LLM techniques. Own technical components end-to-end: from architecture choice to deployed, validated, and observable in production. Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes. Contribute to proofs-of-concept and MVPs that move from sketch to deployable in days, not months. Co-build alongside customers and partners, sharing best practices and enablement as you go. Leaving teams more capable after each engagement than before. Surface platform gaps, edge cases, and field insights to senior Engineers and the product team. Your real-world experience is the product feedback loop. Partner with the Deployment Strategist in your pod to translate customer business challenges into agentic solutions that actually ship. You're Our Person If... You have 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, with at least one production system you'd be proud to walk us through - ideally in an AI tech stack, full-stack development, or working with frontier models. You have a degree in Computer Science or a related field You have prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering) — this is a requirement, not a nice-to-have. You're fluent in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex — and willing to add to that list as the work demands. You've been hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering. You can explain why a prompt failed and what you'd change. You understand data modelling, APIs, and integration patterns deeply enough to design them, not just consume them. You can hold your own in a room with sales teams and customer architects. You ship quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigour. You actively tinker with the evolving AI/data landscape — piloting new tools, experimenting with new models, and staying genuinely curious about what's coming next. Salesforce platform experience or certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I, Agentforce Specialist) Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and orchestration patterns Hands-on with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) Experience across specialist AI delivery areas: data engineering, platform architecture, or headless deployments Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best , and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best . Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Forward Deployed Engineer, Enterprise - Madrid
Murphy AI
1 - 2 Años
€ No Revelado
Madrid

Murphy deploys AI agents for banks starting with the most straightforward business case: voice AI for debt collection. We’ve built a fully-fledged platform designed to optimize recovery rates while maintaining respectful and personalized communication. Our AI-powered agents adapt instantly, engaging with debtors across channels like voice, messengers, email and SMS to maximize results while preserving trust. We’re live with Santander, Revolut, BBVA and dozens others. We’ve proven the product in large-scale pilots with top-tier banks. And now we need to move fast to secure leadership in this $300Bn+ industry. About the team Collections agents only work in production when someone owns the build in detail. Each one handles regulated conversations, sensitive customer situations and payment outcomes, and has to behave correctly every time. Forward Deployed Engineers own that build. They turn a customer's collections strategy, policies and systems into a working agent, prove it in a POC, and take it to full production. They work with Account Executives during the sale, with Deployment Strategists after go-live, and with Product and Engineering to make the platform better with every deployment. About the role As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you own the technical execution of AI agent builds for our enterprise customers, mainly banks and large lenders. You scope with the customer's technical and operations leads, design the agent, build and test it, and launch it on their systems. After launch, you own the agent's performance: you analyze production data, explain results to the customer, and decide what to change in the agent and the contact strategy. Each deployment should leave behind patterns, tools and tests that make the next one faster. You'll be based in Madrid and lead enterprise deployments for banks and large lenders in Spain. In this role, you will Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise agent builds, from POC scoping through implementation, evaluation and production launch. Define the agent operating procedures (actions, guardrails, escalations) with the customer, and turn them into agent behavior. Design and engineer the prompt and agent logic that drives identification, negotiation and payment conversations, across languages and channels. Configure Murphy to fit each client’s needs on how and when to reach debtors: call windows, retry and frequency rules within each country's regulations, channel mix (voice, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp), payment links and hand-offs to human agents. Build evaluation and simulation harnesses, plus regression tests against real call outcomes, to catch errors and drift before customers do. Build, validate and maintain integrations with customer systems: core banking, collections platforms, data pipelines, telephony. Diagnose failures from transcripts, traces and logs, find the root cause, and fix it in the agent or flag it to Engineering. Analyze production performance (contact rates, promises, payments, funnel) with SQL and dashboards, explain changes to the customer, and turn findings into agent or strategy improvements. Work with senior technical and operations stakeholders at the customer to define success metrics and deliver against timelines. Support Account Executives with technical discovery and demos for strategic deals. Turn recurring lessons into reusable templates and playbooks, and help train newer FDEs. Your background looks something like this 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role: forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, implementation engineering, technical consulting or technical product management. You write code and SQL, work with APIs and build integrations end to end. Hands-on experience building with LLMs: prompting, evals, guardrails, harnesses, tool use. You've delivered production systems for enterprise customers that needed structured testing and iteration. You explain technical decisions clearly to senior stakeholders and turn requirements into a delivery plan. You're comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous situations where you shape the solution as much as you build it. Native-level Spanish and fluent English. Even better if you have Experience in banking, lending or collections, or with regulated customer communications. Voice AI or telephony experience. A Computer Science, Engineering or Math degree, or equivalent experience. What we offer Competitive salary, based on your skills, experience and impact. Stock options: Because we all build Murphy together – you'll own a piece of what we’re creating. Impact: Be part of our startup journey from day one, playing a key role in our growth and building something meaningful from the ground up. Learning: Continuous development through trainings, knowledge-sharing, and exposure to other top-tier startups in our ecosystem. Hybrid & Flexible: Our default setup is hybrid – 3 days a week at our office in Madrid and 2 days of remote work. But if there’s one thing that defines us, it’s flexibility: we trust you to organize your time and space in the way that helps you do your best work. Our Process 1️⃣ First Interview – Getting to Know You A conversation with a future teammate who’s excited to find a new colleague. We’ll talk about your story, what drives you, and what you’re looking for next—no trick questions, just a genuine exchange. 2️⃣ Second Interview – Deep Dive You’ll meet the Hiring Manager and potentially another team member. This is a more technical discussion where we explore your skills in detail, walk through real scenarios, and answer any questions you might have about the role. 3️⃣ Tech Assessment or Business Case A practical exercise to see how you approach challenges similar to those you’d tackle at Murphy. You’ll have time to reflect and showcase your thinking—no rush, no surprises. 4️⃣ Call with the Founders Our founders meet every team member and it’s a great opportunity for you to learn about the company and its direction.
