We are looking for a Fraud Analyst to join our team. As a Fraud Analyst, you will be responsible for detecting and preventing fraudulent activities within a financial enterprise.

Requirements:

- Candidates must be EU, EEA, and Swiss citizens, with valid documentation (not expired) and no criminal record.

- Candidates must speak fluent English; other languages are also a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise the sign-up process for new subscribers/clients.

- Conduct video interviews with new potential subscribers if necessary.

- Operate AI software to detect fraudulent activities.

- Review and analyze financial transactions to identify potential fraud patterns.

- Implement fraud prevention and detection measures.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve fraud-related issues.

- Perform audits to identify potential fraud risks.

- Prepare reports on detected fraudulent activities.

- Report fraud attempts.

Experience :

- Experience in customer support

- Knowledge of fraud detection techniques

- Ability to analyze and interpret data

- Basic IT knowledge

The job will be conducted 100% remotely. A strong internet connection will be required, as well as a private space to serve as an office.
